Economic Evaluation Of Huang Gou Pumped Storage Power Plant Construction Project

The construction of Huanggou pumped storage power station not only effectively mitigates the difficulty in the power grid of Heilongjiang Province peak shaving, and improves the operation ability of power grid economic security, but also plays its due role as the power structure optimization and energy-saving emission reduction in Heilongjiang province. This thesis researches the economic feasibility of Huanggou Pumped Storage Power Station construction project from the financial evaluation, national economic evaluation and comprehensive economic evaluation and so on, provide an important basis for the smooth implementation of construction projects.Firstly, the paper introduces the Huanggou pumped storage power station construction project general situation, and the market environment of the comprehensive analysis.Secondly,on the basis of collection estimating financial data of this project,through the calculation of the construction project investment payback period, internal rate of return,financial net present value of the project key indicators, profitability and solvency are thoroughly analyzed, and on this basis the breakeven analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the ability of resisting risk the project, the financial feasibility of the project. Thirdly,through in-depth analysis of the project of national economic cost and benefit from the angle of national economy, evaluation of the economic feasibility of the project and its social benefit. Finally, selects several key economic indicators, through the establishment of comprehensive evaluation index system of economic model,FAHP method is used to study and evaluation of comprehensive, system, science on the economy of the construction project,the economic of the construction project is feasible.
