With the rapid development of the contemporary science and technology,the competition that focuses on high technology industries is more and more furious.The distance between the developed countries and the developing countries mainly presents in the level of the first productivity.As high tech industry will become the support industry and the new economic growth point in Chinese economy in the near future,with more and more high tech companies appearing and the production size expanding,it is a key subject in both the theory community and the industry community to study the market competition strategy of high technology enterprises.On the base of analyses on the features of high tech product and the particular problems on its market competition,the thesis sets forth the effect of development on the high technology to the world's economy,discusses the theories related to high tech industry,such as:marketing,the theory of the growth of the firm and corporate lifecycles.It gives a brief introduction on development of the high tech industry in the developed countries,and makes a brief analysis on development and features of our own high technology industry.Especially studies the problems existing in the development of Chinese high tech industry.Finally,it makes use of marketing,the theory of the growth of the firm and corporate lifecycles and some other related theories to study and analyses the competition strategy of the high tech companies in our country and proposes that We must make great effort to study the market,enhance the protection on Intellecture property.We should combine the Intellecture innovation,technology imovation with integration and system innovation,speed up the socialization and marketlization procedure of the enterprises,abstract and form the core competitive capability of high technology enterprises,foster and hatch a group of Chinese high technology multinational companies,participate in the international competition and make survive under the competition.
