The Study On Knowledge Management Of Large Scale Construction Enterprises

Enterprise knowledge management has gradually become the key of enterprise's survival and development. Because of the mainly support industry of national economy,research on knowledge management of is particularly needed. Surrounding the management characteristics of the large-scale construction enterprise,this paper researches and discusses the establishment and implement of knowledge management system of the large-scale construction enterprise, and the owner credit evaluation model is based on decision tree of data mining established to help enterprise analyze risk on owner. It has important practical significance to the improvement of the core competitiveness and the development of information technology of construction enterprise.By using research methods of documents reading, the related investigation, the theory study, the system analysis and the theoretical modeling,this paper researches the implement of knowledge management system of the construction enterprise, the main contents as follows:Firstly,it is illustrated that performing knowledge management is necessary demand to follow up with knowledge economy for enterprise, and elaborate on the research background of information requirements of construction enterprise, then the necessity of performing knowledge management of constructing enterprise is analyzed and feasibility is analyzed simply as well.Secondly, paper describes the theoretical basis about the knowledge management and the knowledge resources, illustrates the knowledge resources and their competitive position of construction enterprise in the international arena, and their competitive position of construction enterprise in the international arena, and the gap is analyzed. On this base, the knowledge management processes of construction are discussed, then, the knowledge management system is designed,at last, the structure, function, portal development, implementation steps of knowledge management system and how to maintenance the system are discussed.Frothily, paper analyzes the processes and functions of data mining in knowledge management of construction enterprise. Then, the owner credit evaluation model is based on decision tree of data mining established to help enterprise analyze risk on owner.Finally, to assure performing successfully knowledge management in construction enterprise,the strategy of performing knowledge management is put forward with about organization structure,enterprise cult and prompting mechanism.
