With the coming of network era, the concept of knowledge economy has been well-known, the role of knowledge as the main driving force for corporate development and corporate competition is increasing drawing attention of management. Knowledge management is no longer simply to mobilize the employees to participate in corporate knowledge strategy, with the help of big data it would explore the knowledge capital more valuable than any previous knowledge management in the tacit knowledge which was hardly be used, multi-dimensionally build a neural network based on corporate knowledge, strengthen corporate innovation ability, construct knowledge highland, break the knowledge barriers inside and outside the company, and the knowledge barriers inside and outside the industry, so as to create a good knowledge ecosphere.Company T, as a traditional state-owned company, needs to transform from traditional mode to knowledge management mode, after years of development, the initial knowledge management strategy is no longer applicable to the new situation that the company faces. By designing and implementing the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the problems existed in knowledge management of Company T such as low rate of knowledge sharing between employees, difficulty in knowledge accumulation of company, fuzzy knowledge classification, poor knowledge sharing and cooperation, and introduces the big data analysis into knowledge management system of Company T, proposing the strategies for adjustment and optimization. The paper also proposes to achieve the cross-platform knowledge sharing and synchronically promote the knowledge chain across multiple platforms by building master data for the knowledge. And then the paper suggests Company T should set up the inner knowledge management team, reclassify the knowledge, and increase the multidimensional labels for knowledge, so as to strengthen the identification and utilization of documents, achieving the utilization of tacit knowledge through big data analysis, the company could obtain the ability to learn and grow, build knowledge network within the company, break the knowledge barriers between employees, between departments and between companies, increase the corporate efficiency, so as to break away from traditional model of state-owned company, and explore the way for its development and innovation.
