Upon the new generation grown up, "Post-80s"became the main workforce within enterprises and play the important role of post in each industry. "Post-80s"special thinking and working styles are obviously different from the value of last generation. More and more social attention to "Post-80s" thinking ways are drawn. Some of them for it, some of them against it. During the work, we usually can see there is no passion for work and easily quit or change job, the traditional human resource management method cannot work for it. The new management topic regardng"Post-80s" has been aroused to each organization. How to upgrade the new generation "Post-80s" loyalty to organization, it is been key point of enterprise management.With reference many documents and literature, I studied the employment loyalty and influence factor and how to upgrade the employment loyalty.Through SPSS statistic analysis system, we can get the below summary regarding "Post-80s" employment loyalty.1) Low employment loyalty of "Post-80s", the charging job intention is quite high.2) Low satisfaction to work and organization.3) Low satisfaction to payroll and welfare.4) "Post-80s" pay more attention to their training and development chance.5) "Post-80s" need trust and respect from leader6) "Post-80s" hope to have opportunity to participant the decision making.7) "Post-80s" would like to contribute their time and family to prevent work quality.8) Low attention from organization to "Post-80s"9) Sound organization culture, effective human resource management channel will help to improve employee loyalty.Based on above summary, I put forward the suggestion to upgrade the low employment loyalty of "Post-80s".1) Set up reasonable payroll and welfare structure and system2) Create the relax and sound environment3) Pay attention to employee belongings4) Enhance the emotional management of "Post-80s"5) Establish the studying organization style6) Provide the career development for "Post-80s"7) Implement EAP8) Dynamic management of employment loyalty9) Create sound organizational culture...
