Multiplier Analysis On Jilin Province's Regional Economic Growth

Since the reform and opening up, economic and social development of Jilin province made remarkable achievements, especially with the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing northeast old industrial base and state-owned enterprise reform, the economic has been rapid development, and overall strength significantly increased.However, in the three northeastern provinces,the economic aggregate of Jilin Province of is still the smallest, compared with Guangdong, it is more five-fold gap.These differences significantly affect the economic development of Jilin province.Committed to "the 12th Five-year Plan" which emphasizes all-round development,the Study on Jilin Province's economic growth has a certain representation for the northeast old industrial regional economy.Based on the general equilibrium theory,the study will do research on the economic growth of Jilin province with the methods of the social accounting matrix technology.Based on the establishment of detailed social accounting matrix of Jilin Province, the study tries to scientifically analyse Jilin Province's economic structure with the methods of the multiplier theory to explore the impact of economic factors of economic development of Jilin Province, and to propose the policy recommendations of the promotion of rapid economic development in Jilin Province.In this paper, studies can get the following conclusions: (1) The development of non-agricultural industries to promote a good economic development of Jilin Province, for a great contribution to economic growth, the contribution of the agricultural sector is relatively low. (2)In Jilin province, labor factor is the main factor of production, and while the role of the capital element is relatively not enough. (3) The income of urban residents in Jilin Province to increase the growth of national economies,which is greater than it of rural residents, but the multiplier effect of income of rural residents is also high, is also a great leading role on the whole national economy.Finally,I summed up the inadequacies and point out the direct of in-depth study of future work. In future studies,we can explore in depth the function of social accounting matrix ,the measurement of the accuracy of SAM is an important research direction.
