In recent years, the food safety supervision system in China has been constantly adjusted, to strengthen food safety supervision and inspection. However, the result doesn't turn out the way it's wanted, as food safety problems exposed continuously. For the public, Food safety has become a highly concerned topic. As a law enforcement officer in the field of food manufacturing supervision, food safety is the focus and the in-depth studied topic of my work.Since 2003, in terms of the view, the means and the range of supervision, grand changes have been imposed to the law and policy for food supervision. Based on the research of the predecessors, borrowing from other nations'experiences and combined with the first-hand experience from my job, this article describes the problems and deficiencies existing in the food supervision course in the present period; and, combined with the work reality, it researches the counter-measures to the food safety problems in respect of Quality and Technical Supervision.The research in this article should have some directing significance to the current food safety supervision course in respect of Quality and Technical Supervision; by reading this article, the public can get comprehensive knowledge of food safety supervision; most importantly, it can be used as a reference for the making of food supervision law and policy in respect of Quality and Technical Supervision.
