Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is one ties for information integration in enterprise CIMS, It also is one technology method of the implementation of agile manufacturing strategy and workshop production. Norway’s auto parts enterprises have adopted the construction of information technology to strengthen management and improve their own competitiveness. For the company level, MRPII/ERP system not be able to accurately know and control what is happening now, and not able to adapt to rapidly changing in market; Floor control layer is difficult to effective real-time data uploading. Manufacturing execution system is one bridge between planning layer and floor control layer, It makes up for the shortcomings of the poor exchange for information, and strengthen the rapid response capabilities of the enterprise market.Lean Manufacturing is the main guiding ideology of the auto parts industry, which is the basis theoretical of production management and production process control. Quality is the first focusing in the manufacturing process of the auto parts industry. The paper based on the auto parts industry, discuss and analyze to manufacturing execution system designing and implementation, combined with the actual production, process and related manufacturing technology, in-depth study of the data involved in the manufacturing execution system design, three architecture, wireless technology, OOP, OPC, several key technologies, we develop and implement the ALV-MES system.Through the analysis and comparison of the latest research results at domestic and abroad for manufacturing execution systems, Based on the actual situation for the of Autoliv(China) steering wheel Co..Ltd, We developed and implemented of the ALV-MES System, First traceability level of the product from the batch level to accurate unique level, It can minimize recall and lost in the automotive parts industry. Second, The planned schedule subsystem and the barcoding subsystems in ALV-MES, While we can reach100percent product delivery in time and product quality completion rate, to achieve the integration of production management, reduce the stock of materials, WIP(work in process) and finished goods, improve ITO(inventory turn over) and the utilization of funds, reduce business costs, improve enterprise efficiency. Third the spare parts management system and Andon system in ALV_MES to enable enterprises to set the management level, the related personnel rapid response capability and process anomalies products quality control level to a higher level, to ensure efficient, reliable enterprise production levels, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, so as to ensure that the enterprises in an increasingly harsh market environment invincible.
