The Process Of Modernization In The Transfer Of Pastoral Mongolian Labor Force And Cultural Adaptation

Mongolian pastoral labor transfer is the results of the rapid economic development in our region,how to handle the labor force in the Mongolian pastoral problems,not only related to the interests of herdsman,but also related to the policy of"Herdsman Husbandry Pastoral Area". Because of the herdsmen have cultural characteristics in cultural psychology,languages and living habits,leading to the research on this issue have been different from the general problem of rural surplus labor. In the study the characteristics of its labor force,the research should take more attention to the cultural adaptation issues .In this paper, Take the Mongolian labor force inTuGuRiGeGaCha in HangJin Banner in Orders city,by taking field investigation,described their present situation,and analyzed the reasons for the transfer of labor force,inquire into the cultural adjustment problems after the transfer.This thesis consists of three parts which are the introduction,body and conclusion.In the introduction,the author introduces the purpose of the selected topic,the research profiles and the research method in brief.In first chapter,the author introduces the natural environment, population and economic condition of HangJin Banner and TuGuRiGeGaCha.In second chapter,the author described their present situation from the age, education to income such ten points and analyzed the reasons for the transfer of labor force by using of the"push-and-pull"theory.In third chapter,based on the above investigation, the author analyzed the Mongolian cultural adaptation from economic life,folklore,social interaction and psychological adaptation.In conclusion,by describing their present situation,analyzed the reasons for the transfer of labor force and cultural adaptation of the TuGuRiGeGaCha mogolian labor force, point out transfer of mogolian labor force is inevitable and also their cultural adaptation is slowly progress.
