In today's competitive market environment, business innovation is the source of survival and development. How to frame more effectively market to face more and more enterprises to innovate on the business importance as the key to sustainable development of enterprises. Kim products manufacturing powder metallurgy Jin Yu Powder Metallurgy Co. Ltd. is a professional enterprise, which wants to compete in an invincible position and access to a stronger competitive advantage. It must be based on the company's own characteristics, formulating the right innovation stategy.Firstly the author read the basis of extensive literature, summarized the status of domestic and foreign business innovation and enterprise innovation related theories, found that the affect about the success of enterprise innovation are six factors:technological innovation, system innovation, organizational innovation, human resources innovation, culture innovation and marketing innovation. Second, according to the market point of view, Kim's field research carried out the company's present status. Again, market-based perspective on the company's innovative, Kim identified the key factors to determine the following methods:(1)Document analysis method to obtain an initial innovation factors; (2) Behavioral Event Interview refining innovation factors; (3)Questionnaire survey method to further define innovation factors;(4) Factor analysis and further analysis of innovative elements;(5)Regression analysis to verify innovation. Through the use of these methods, the author obtained by the technical innovation, organizational innovation, human resources innovation, cultural innovation and marketing innovation in five key elements that constituted a market-based perspective of Kim's innovative index system. Finally, according to Kim's indicator system developed innovative programs, specific programs include:(1)Through substantial sales volume, price policy, price policy innovation and innovative marketing innovations; (2) By increasing the marketing department, increasing human resources and increasing the organizational structure of the Department of Shaanxi production innovations;(3)By accelerating the introduction of talents, strengthen education and training of staff and the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism for innovation in human resources; (4) The failure of the attitude of tolerance, cultivating staff risk awareness, create a "market orientation and quality first" corporate culture and establish a pro-competitive the values of enterprise culture of innovation; (5) Eliminating some of the products and developing new products, technology innovations.
