The Research On Enterprise Technolog Innovation Strategy

As the improvement of the people's consciousness toward the importance of enterprise's technological innovation, the research about influential factors of enterprise's technological innovation becomes one of the focuses in Chinese and foreign academic research more and more. How to choose the technique innovation strategy patterns is a key problem to the living and development. Qualitative analysis was always adopt to solve the problem. But qualitative analysis has obviously weaknesses. It couldn't solve this problem exactly. The main point of this paper is to build up an integrated evaluation model of the selection of technique innovation strategy pattern ,with the qualitative analysis of the effective factors. Finally, a scientific model of the selection of technique innovation strategy pattern is provided.Firstly, this paper begins with a discussion of three topical technique innovation patterns for enterprises, analyzes their main characteristics and identifies the strengths and weaknesses of themselves. Indicate them how to affect the selection of technique innovation pattern.Secondly, this paper analyzes the effect of inter-externer circumstance factors on the selection of technique innovation pattern for enterprise. It gives some advices about how to take advantage of the strengths and restrict the weaknesses.Thirdly, on the basis of three technique innovation ( including independence innovation, imitating innovation and cooperating innovation ), complying with the characteristic enterprise, this article deals with the factors that affect the selection of technique innovation strategy pattern in enterprise. A three-dimensional space model of the selection of technique innovation pattern in enterprise is presented, which is built up by means of SWOT and the two-dimensional SPACE coordinate. Furthermore, the usage of this model is presented in detail. The enterprise can use this model to select technique innovation pattern which is adaptive.
