Research On The Relationship Between Quality Innovation Influencing Factors And Innovation Performancefrom The Perspective Of Quality Culture Embeddedness

The high-quality development of enterprises is an important micro foundation of China's economic transformation.With the acceleration of globalization,the competition faced by enterprises is more and more fierce,and the quality demand of consumers is becoming more and more diversified.The quality management represented by TQM(total quality management)must adapt to the increasingly changing quality environment requirements.Enterprise quality innovation integrates a series of innovation elements such as strategy,culture,quality and management into the quality management paradigm,and realizes the promotion of products or services through the collaborative innovation among all links within the quality system,the continuous improvement of the process,and finally the improvement of enterprise quality performance.Therefore,under the background of this era,the quality innovation of enterprises has become an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of enterprises.Based on the determination of research objectives and research directions,this paper first clarifies the concepts of quality innovation,quality culture and innovation performance through the research of relevant literature at home and abroad;secondly,focusing on the quality innovation activities of enterprises,using grounded theory coding,it summarizes three external factors,four internal factors of enterprises and several related factors,and understands the quality Cultural factors exist in both external and internal influencing factors.Finally,the influencing factor model of quality innovation from the perspective of quality culture embedding is obtained through selective coding.Then,according to the internal elements of the influencing factors model of quality innovation from the perspective of quality culture embeddedness,we set up measurement indicators and compiled a questionnaire,and obtained 84 valid questionnaires through the questionnaire.The sample data is representative to a certain extent,and passed the reliability and validity test at the same time.By using the software of fsqca3.0,this paper analyzes the internal factors of the influencing factors of quality innovation,and obtains three influencing factors of enterprise quality innovation performance,which are technology innovation and R& D innovation,quality culture innovation and talent innovation.Based on the analysis of the configuration of three factors that have a significant impact on innovation performance,which are technology innovation and R & D innovation,quality culture innovation and talent innovation,this paper puts forward the enlightenment for management practice:(1)in the pursuit of good corporate innovation performance,the pursuit of technological innovation and R & D innovation is not the only channel.Good corporate culture innovation and internal synergy,management efficiency improvement and talent "more precious,less expensive" can also produce good performance in enterprise innovation performance,and the manufacturing industry reflected in the questionnaire is the main business.In the process of pursuingenterprise quality innovation,we pay more attention to technology and R & D innovation and ignore the process of talent innovation and cultural innovation.If we want long-term and good development,the two can coexist at the same time,and we don't have to give priority to each other.(2)In the process of talent innovation and cultural innovation,in addition to the innovation activities themselves,good internal management efficiency and internal collaborative work performance are very important.In the process of implementing talent innovation and cultural innovation,we should pay attention to the effect of monitoring the implementation all the time,pay attention to the integration of the process and the enterprise itself,and then form a good organism Make contribution to the quality innovation of enterprises...
