Research On Information Construction Planning Of KJ Group

Information has been playing an important role in the development process of world economy. Enterprise Information can improve the management and competitiveness of a company, and help the company earn more money. The foundation of China Enterprise Information is not very solid and a lot of problems have been found during the Information Construction. Enterprise Information needs a lot of money and time and it should be operated step by step according to the different condition of companies.So the Information System Planning is quite important to the Enterprise Information Construction.This paper studies the information construction planning of XJ Group by using information theory and method, then form a solution of XJ's information construction.Firstly, introducing the status of information development and research, then listing the purpose, content and method of this paper.Secondly, summarizing the concept, theory and planning method of Information Construction.Thirdly, analyzing the industry environment and the status of KJ's management organization, human resource, technology level and information condition, pointing out the information needs of the company's foundation management, production, procurement and sale, to solve the problem that information data couldn't be shared by different software and department.At last, defining the purpose, principal,and method of KJ's information construction,that means to build ERP system,OA system and PDM system. The method detail should be useful to the company's information construction.
