The Comparative Analysis Of Competitive Advantages Between Enterprise Clusters And Enterprise Group

In The late 20th century, with the deepening of economic globalization and the development of information technology, the formation of enterprises gradually evolves from a single firm to an intermediate organizational company. As a typical intermediate organization, Enterprise Group and Enterprise Clusters, which played a positive role in regional economic growth, have a distinct competitive advantage over single enterprise. As competitions arise in many areas, such as resources, technology and products, the relation between enterprise and enterprise groups switch from the parallel development in different areas to competition in certain areas, and further collaborative trends emerge as well. Therefore, it's necessary to learn the possibility of symbiosis between enterprise groups and its dynamic evolution law from the comparative study of its formation mechanism.In this paper, we study the advantage of enterprise groups in competition and economy development by using comparative methods. By examine the existing results, we analyze advantages of enterprise clusters, and its formation mechanism. Further analysis on factors that effects enterprise coordinately development has been conducted by using game theory. Real case study is also discussed in this paper.1. Through the analysis of the home and abroad on business clusters, business competitive advantages of the study group, a comparative analysis was taken on enterprise clusters and enterprise groups. Then summarize the total and particular competitive advantage. The competitive advantage includes six areas, namely economies of scale, speed economic advantages, new advantages, synergies, transaction costs advantages and risk diversification advantages. Clusters unique competitive advantage includes the gathering economic advantages and institution environment. And the enterprise group's special economic advantage is the monopolistic advantages. 2. From the cluster, business structure and operating characteristics of the Group starting, analysis was taken on the enterprise clusters and enterprise competitive advantages of the formation mechanism. Then the difference between the two competitive mechanism was summarized. And a complementary conclusion was drawn that the initial clusters and obtained enterprise competitive advantages of the formation mechanism.3. In the base of clusters and enterprise competitive advantages and the comparative study of the formation mechanism, a further analysis was taken that both the meaning and the possibility of joint development. And evolutionary game theory on the development of synergies between the two trends and influencing factors were analyzed. Combined the examples of the Wenzhou Yueqing with low-voltage electrical cluster, Geely Automobile City and Toyota cluster innovation cases, outsourcing is proposed by the Group formed cluster, the cluster core business enterprise groups and the cluster of three innovative clusters and the joint development of enterprise groups specific mechanisms.
