A Research On Competitive Advantage Of Sme Clusters Based On Dynamic Innovation Capability

Under the development trend of international economic integration, the SME clusters have become an important force to promote sustained, rapid growth of regional and country economy. Domestic small and medium enterprises clusters firstly appear at Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and have become the leading force for the local economic development. The competitive advantage of clusters have been regarded as a country's international competitiveness, there is an important significance to research the source of its competitive advantage for the sustainable development of clusters'enterprises.Based on the previous theory analysis of SME clusters' competitive advantage, this paper from the perspective of clusters' dynamic innovation analyze the source of competitive advantage, and put forward the ways to enhance clusters'competitive advantage, then finally take the low-voltage electrical Willow City cluster as an exam prom, take an empirical analysis for its dynamic innovation capabilities and competitive advantages. The content of this paper as follows:Firstly, This paper describes the research background, significance, and research status of home and abroad, face to the development trend of economic integration and international competition, how to effectively improve the competitiveness of domestic enterprises is the main task for China's economic development. In this paper, through theoretical and empirical analysis to research competitive advantage of clusters and sources, then achieving its sustainable competitive advantage have a certain practical significance. Secondly, we defined the content of SME clusters, competitive advantage and dynamic innovation capability, while reviewing the theory of clusters' competitive advantage. The third part, we analyze the implementation mechanism of clusters' dynamic innovation from the flowing of knowledge, clusters' learning and collaboration competitive. The smooth flowing of knowledge is the basis to achieve clusters' dynamic innovation, and the smooth flowing of knowledge is based on the clusters' organizations learning, also the clusters' organizations learning need the purport of collaboration and competition between the various actors of clusters. Part four through the analysis of clusters' dynamic innovation demonstrated dynamic innovation ability how to overcome clusters' static advantage and enhance the clusters' specific, then explain that dynamic innovation is a source of clusters' competitive advantage, and proposed the ways to enhance the competitive advantages. Part five through the empirical analysis of clusters describe the development status and history of low-voltage electrical in Willow City, and analyzes the performance of dynamic innovation and competitive advantage, and finally propose relevant countermeasures for the clusters' development.
