Research On Tax Service Of Heze National Taxation Bureau

In recent years, management concept is transitioning gradually from the management-type to service-oriented, the management philosophy of tax authorities has also changed. China's tax department has set a philosophy that the taxpayer's demands is the center, the management concept is changing from managed-traditional to service, formed a unique tax-service system.In the current environment of tax services, Heze national taxation bureau explore ways to strengthen tax services, determining the tax service brand, establishing system, innovating methods of service, strengthening communication, carrying the responsibility, strengthen construction, carrying on counseling, greatly promoted the tax administration. However, problems have identified during the management, as Sense of service, unsound system of communication, imperfect system of service, Low level of information technology, low quality of intermediaries and other issues. By adopting the advanced experience of western developed countries, combined with actual work, the author of this paper sort out the relations of tax service and tax management, propose some ways to enhance the tax services, which change philosophy of management, improve the organizations of tax service, develop service mode, promote information technology, increase the building of 12366, perfect the tax-service system, with a view to strengthening the tax services in other cities.
