With the completion of the joint-stock reform of Bank of China and the formal implementation of the Labor Contract Law, labor dispatch system--an emerging form for employment of the Bank of China-has been rapidly developed. Effective management of staff caused by the special identities of employees of dispatch system has captured the attention of the executive suite, who has carried out some useful exploration in the incentives for employees of dispatch system. However, the history of the form of large-scale employment of the system has not been long; much has to be done for employees of dispatch system, which, to some extent, has restricted the enthusiasm and initiative of employees of this system. At present, employees of the dispatch system have account for more than 30% of full-time staffs of the grass-roots employees, and they are widely distributed in the teller, credit card marketers, lobby manager, as a major force in banking operations of Bank of China. Attaching importance to incentive problems of employees of dispatch system, fully mobilizing their enthusiasm and creativity, is significance for improving customer satisfaction, maintaining a good brand image and enhancing the business performance.The combination of document study and questionnaire are used in the articles, on the basis of referring to a wide range of articles on motivation for employees, summarizing the results of Staff Motivation Research done by predecessors, and, at the same time, according to the current main motivation theory, we conducted in-depth analysis of the present incentive mechanism employees of dispatch system of K branch of Bank of China. A case study is given to motivations of those employees with the Data of Questionnaires and interviews. Finally, the thesis proposes six countermeasures which include enhancing promotion opportunities, cultivating organizational citizenship behavior, taking good advantage of the effects of Stimulating Function of compensation, paying close attention to the career development planning, strengthening the communications and carrying out intensive incitement.We hope the article can provide executive suite some useful reference for improving staff incentive policies.
