With scientific development, knowledge has been the most important resource of all resources; knowledge staff mastering knowledge capital has been most valuable resource. While the creating values of knowledge staff does not totally lie on their knowledge, to some extend, it depends on their efforts. Therefore it is key problem how to motivate knowledge staff and upgrade efforts of knowledge staff.MT company is chains company of top 500 all over the world. With new store numbers increasing in china, the motivate of knowledge staff in MT company has dropped behind. Defective performance evaluation systems, less innovation and challenge in job, simple career development plan, unfair enterprise culture has characterized the current status of motivate system. For knowledge staff, they have less enthusiasm and low efficiency. What is worse, knowledge staff has seriously fluctuated, furthermore drained to competitor company, which has threatened long term development of MT company.To settle the problem of MT company knowledge staff motivate, using my knowledge and motivate theory, considering current motivate of MT company, I will design knowledge staff motivate system for MT company.According to development strategy and motivate main factors of knowledge staff in MT company, the project come into being from improving system, working design and adjusting organization structure. As to system, line managers will be evaluated about staff turnover; evaluation result will be only standard of promotion and raising by fair and effective using. Wide salary system will insure internal equity and external competition. Knowledge staff will be motivated by enriching styles of reward, award and improving promotion mechanism. Transferring position will be periodically performed, knowledge staff will possess of enough power to fulfill duty. To organization structure, the status of HR department and supervise organization will be enhanced, HR staff will be increased.This project will be benefit to inspire with knowledge staff to create more values, make MT Company healthily develop.
