China is a large country of agriculture, and the agriculture is the basic of the national economy, the land is the foundation stone of the agriculture. Profound emotion exists between the land and the farmer for the influence of the agricultural and cultivation culture so they are closely linked. The values of farmers also focus on the land. Meanwhile, scholars pay attention to the values, which is the core of the culture, reflecting the influence of social change to ones behavior.The paper analyzes changes in peasant land values and the course from the values of land power, values of land wealth, and emotional values of land by a survey in an agricultural village. It has been discovered that the farmers'requirement of land authority enhanced, and the farmers pay more attention to the wealth of the land, but the land is not the only way to get rich. Meanwhile, farmers' land values show "love earth" and "tired soil" the complex emotions. The article studies the factors causing land values from the farmer's individual characteristics, such as age, education, the experience of migrant workers and other microscopic aspects. And the article also studies the factors causing land values from macroscopic aspects such as the changing of social environment, the formal system and informal system. So the author considers that development of land values show the following trend:firstly, farmers not only pursue the economic efficiency of land but also in pursuit of the social and environmental benefits; secondly, urbanization and the rural population change make new request on land transfer and land adjustment. To adapt to this change, the state in the future development of the rural system should make adjustments accordingly:firstly, standardized system of land transfer, meanwhile the state should formulate the preferential agricultural policies to attract more people to engage in agricultural production; secondly, farmers should improve agricultural production technology; thirdly, the state should build up a multi-format, multi-level rural social security system, weakening the social security function of land. By the research of the farmers'land values; we master the factors of the farmers'land values and trend, provide the possible policy arrangement of farmland system establishment, in order to make an guidance conducive to the harmonious development of agriculture This is also the value of the research.
