Research On The Mode Of Recycling Economy And Pollution Prevention In Shahe Glass Industrial Park

The basic state policies of insisting saving resources and protecting environment are connected closely with people's fundamental interest as well as our nation's survival and development. Enviromental protection and improvement of economic perfomance are of vital importance to the nation's stablity. As a result, how to use limited resources reasonably and efficiently and protect enviroment has become the bottleneck of national industrialization and modernization. What's more, in the global context of climate changes, improving the comprehensive capacity of responding to climate changs becomes one of the main factors to constraint economic development. Under this background and with insufficient resources in our country even in the world, developing recycling economy becomes the inevitable outlet for carrying out economic construction to achieve greater efficiency.As one of traditional industries, glass industry is typical of resources, energy consumption-oriented industries and plays an important role in the whole developing process of recycling economy. There are two reasons to support the role of glass industry. On the one hand, in the process of producing glass, a large amount of mineral and energy resources of good quality is consumed, some of which is non-renewable. On the other hand, the quality of glass has a direct effect on whether the energy-efficient construction can be realized. Therefore, the current glass industry should focus on the main line of developing recycling economy and try to find how to increase the utilization rate of mineral resources , achieve clean production, reduce waste and reuse waste , thus ultimately develop advanced energy-saving products to serve the society.The city of Shahe has a strong economic foundation and develops rapidly. And the glass industry is one of the most important pillars of all industries in Shahe. Shahe industrial park has 108 glass manufacturing enterprises whose annual production capacity counts 50 million weight boxes and accounts for one-third of similar products in the country, thus is known as "Chinese Glass City." Therefore, the construction of recycling economy mode and ecological mode in Shahe glass industrial park is important to our nation's glass industry.In this thesis, taking Shahe glass industrial park as an example, the author studies the development mode of glass manufacturing enterprises'recycling economy and draws results in following aspects:(1) Based on analyzing present situations of Shahe glass industrial park and characteristics of glass production, the author points out major environmental problems existing in the glass industrial park.(2) New proposals are put forward according to concepts of recycling economy and construction of ecological mode so that the recycling economy mode can be perfected , thus the mode of recycling economy may be further improved. (3) Effective supporting measures are proposed to help the glass industrial park to achieve recycling economy.
