Study On The Management Of Electric Business Cash Flow

Cash flow is enterprise's blood.If enterprises lack the cash, the debt crisis will inevitably occur, eventually to collapse. Cash flow management is a comprehensive system of value management,which it is to achieve the goal to maximize the value of financing. Enterprises should enhance cash flow management and maintain the capacity for sustainable development It is increasingly important for company in an advantage position in the competition.. For electricity generation enterprises, cash flow management is even more important.There are main features:higher cost of financing infrastructure, the cost of production and management of major expenses, debt service pressure. It led to large cash outflows.This paper selects several listed power company to do a comparative analysis of the data, through its financial statements for the past few years.This paper analyzes the cash flow of the power enterprises and results in common problems.Finally,this paper gives some strategies and recommendations for the power enterprises.
