The Study On Logistics Outsourcing In Heilongjiang Reclamation Area

It is found that logistics outsourcing in Heilongjiang reclamation area has just started by investigating the state of the development of its logistics industry and logistics outsourcing of its enterprises. However, modern logistics concept has not yet fully formed, modern logistics system is not perfect, and the enterprises are wanting in sufficient knowledge of logistics outsourcing due to the impact of traditional concept of logistics. There are some problems such as single transportation and warehousing services, its lack of infrastructure and professionals, the enterprises exist rigid concepts and backward logistics management system and the understanding to logistics of logistics business has stopped at a simple and so on in the main parties of logistics outsourcing, this has hampered the rapid development of logistics outsourcing and affected economic growth in Heilongjiang reclamation area. From the reclamation logistics industry point of view, We obtained the conclusion that the logistics demands are great and the logistics market prospects are bright to establish the foundation for the logistics industry of the reclamation. We propose the development of logistics strategies and recommendations for Heilongjiang Reclamation Area through SWOT analysis to Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Great Northern Wilderness Logistics Group which is the only logistics company in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area. From the reclamation enterprises point of view, we believe that the implementation of logistics outsourcing in Heilongjiang reclamation area enterprises has broad prospects and great potential and is very feasible by analyzing the impact factors of logistics outsourcing and considering internal and external conditions from the reclamation enterprises point of view. We build index system of logistics outsourcing decision and set up the logistics outsourcing decision model based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation in order to provide decision basis to logistics outsourcing through the integrated use of theory of logistics outsourcing including transaction cost theory, core competence theory, resource-based theory and the theory of customer value. We evaluate the third party logistics providers by using Projection Pursuit model based on Real-coded Accelerating Genetic Algorithm to provide a reference for enterprises to select logistics providers and propose the development strategic measures of logistics outsourcing to reclamation enterprises.
