The Research On The Evaluation System Analysis Of Aerospace Industrial Innovation

Aerospace industry as one of the most important and representatives industry in the high-tech industry, the advance of aerospace industrial innovation capabilities is of great importance. So a rounding how to build up an evaluation system of aerospace industrial innovation ability, this paper takes the following studies.First, based on the review of relative literature, combining the concept of industrial innovation capability and the characteristic of aerospace industry, this paper first defines the concept of aerospace industrial innovation, and then analyzes the innovation subject and their functions in the innovation process. In this paper, the industrial innovation capability of aerospace industry can be divided into there parts:industrial technology innovation elements, organizational factors and environmental elements. Based on the analyzing of operating mechanism, we construct a structural model of aerospace industrial innovation.Next, this paper establishes an innovation ability evaluation index system, and analyzing the evolution of industrial innovation capability of China's aerospace industry. In the choice of methods, this paper scales the weight from the importance and distinction and builds an optimization mode; with this model we can stepwise evaluate and then get a comprehensive quantitative value. And then, this paper collects relevant data, in accordance with the weights determined and comprehensive quantitative method, using Matlab for data analysis, and gets hold of the China's aerospace industrial innovation actuality in quantitative.With the result, the paper finds out developing countermeasures and suggestion for enhance innovation capability in aerospace industry from technical innovation, organizational innovation and environmental innovation.
