Research On Innovation Capability And Its Evaluation Of Aerospace Industry Of China

Aerospace industry is considered as one of the most distinctive area of high-techindustry. Improving the capability of independent innovation plays crucial role in thedevelopment of aerospace industry. However, the inadequency of our nation’scapability of independent innovation has hindered the substainable development ofour economy. Depending on foreign investment and pure upgrading of industrialstructure must turn to independent innovation. As industrial technology continues todevelop and upgrade, the common technology innovation of industrial chain hasbecome research focus of domestic theory commmunity. Therefore, Improving thecapability of independent innovation of aerospace industry is helpful to thedevelopment of the industrial chain, and has significant meaning to the developmentof industrial technology and regional economy.First of all, this article proposes the concept of innovation, industry innovation,technology innovation and aerospace industry innovation, combining the concept ofthe capability of industrial innovation, proposes the characteristics of Aerospaceindustry and the factors that influence the capability of industrial innovation.Secondly, this article analyzes the related subjects of innovating aerospaceindustry and their functions. It divides the factors that influence the capability ofindustrial innovation into three parts that is industrial technology innovation elements,organizational elements and environmental elements. It establishes the structuralmodel of aerospace industry on the basis of analyzing the innovative mechanism.Thirdly, according to the structural model of aerospace industry; this articleconducts quantitative analysis to the capability of industrial innovation. By buildingthe most optimized model, solving index weights and gradually quantifing from thebottom, eventually gets the index value. According to StatisticalYearbook of China’s high-tech industries; the article analyzes related data, the currentsituation of our nation’s aerospace industry, the deficiency of the capability ofindependent innovation and the bottlenecks in the development process.Finally, according to the consequence of empirical analysis, this article proposesthe strategy to improve our nation’s capability of independent innovation byconsidering industrial chain, technology innovation, organizational elementsinnovation and environmental elements innovation.
