The Evalution Of The Technology Business Incubators In Dalian

Nowadays, people have realized the small technological enterprises are the endogenetic power to promote the regional economic's growth, and it is an effective way to research and development with the flexible technology mode.Therefore, technology business incubators have to undertake the task which help these "future stars" developing all over the world, which make them survival smoothly, and get rid of the inertial thinking with dependence.But it is still an urgent problem that how to evaluat so many technology business incubators for the optimizing of the incubation environmental at present. There is the same problem in Dalian hi-tech enterprises incubation industry. More than 20 incubators have different innate resource, different management modes, and the effects are different naturely. So, it is difficult for the government branch to distinguish these technology business incubators effectively.Most of all, these incubators can't be concerned their position and shortage among the competitors.Based on the general rule of technology business incubators development and the requirement of entrepreneurs, this study sets up the integration model of incubators which consist of the Basis Class, Operation Class and Performance Class, thus contrusts the theory platform which evalut hatch environment effectively. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the study specific indexes of the effectiveness and value evaluation with the questionnaire investigation, to make the evaluation system more compact, to make the index value more bright, and the evalution system more accesibe to the actual ones.By using the evaluation index system, the study evaluates the 21 technology business incubators in Dalian, and identified the developmental level of various incubators in key points. Through this evaluation, the article find that the hi-tech enterprises incubation industry development is not balanced in Dalian.And it has a lot of differences from hatch sites, incubator becoming shareholders, the amount of profit, etc, which lead to the differences in the level of the overall development of the incubators.At the same time, there is the key link between the actual development level of the incubators in Dalian and the evaluating results by index system. In addition, the development disparity among the incubators also is reflectsd truthfully by the evaluation index. Thus, the scientific, the suitability and the effectiveness of the evaluation index system are verified furtherly in the study.
