A Study On Incubating Capacity Of Technology Business Incubators In Shenzhen City

Technology business incubators which are committed to provide a range of support and services for start-ups, greatly reduced the risk of high-tech entrepreneurial enterprises, and improved the survival rate of start-ups. After just ten years of development, incubators in Shenzhen have developed rapidly in terms of quantity and quality, nurturing a large number of scientific and technological enterprises, playing an important role in the development of high-tech industry. For this, conducting in-depth study of incubators in Shenzhen, exploring the laws of its development and problems, has significant value to the development of the incubators and the high-tech industry.Basing on the in-depth survey of the incubators in Shenzhen, this paper takes systematic analysis of the incubators of the overall status, such as the development and the service for start-ups, and reveals the problems. Then the paper selects a series of incubating ability evaluation index, builds the capacity of the evaluation index system of incubation on the basis of depth study on the meaning of incubating capacity and the spirit of scientific, practical, simple principles. After that, the paper gives a comprehensive evaluation of the incubating capacity of 17 incubators in Shenzhen by factor analysis, ranks these incubators from the aspect of self-development and hatching capacity separately, and further reveals the problems that uneven development, lack of professional services of technology business incubators in Shenzhen. Basing on the result of investigation and factor analysis, this paper gives some suggestions from the aspect of self-development and hatching capacity separately for enhancing incubating capacity of the incubators, which are hoped to provide some reference for the development of the incubators in Shenzhen.
