Study On Evaluation And Management System Of Science And Technology Enterprise Incubators In Hebei Province

Science and technology enterprise incubators are intended to foster high-tech enterprises. Building an evaluation and management system facilitates its incubation and sustainable development, which is of great significance to innovation of technology, transformation of achievements and promotion of industrialization.Through the analysis of relevant researches both home and abroad, studies in evaluation and management of enterprise incubators have been made in such aspects as theoretical basis, content, methodology and significance. By employing the framework of innovation of management and technology, this study analyzed the status quo and existing problems of the evaluation and management system of science and technology enterprise incubators in Hebei Province. It is therefore considered necessary to combine the present provincial resources concerning the evaluation and management system of science and technology enterprise incubators, to set up evaluation systems of infrastructure, comprehensive management, economic functions and sustainability, and to achieve standardization of evaluation of efficiency by realizing unified statistics and management of the whole province.This thesis is focused on the building of evaluation and management system of science and technology enterprise incubators in Hebei Province. Research is carried out regarding the dynamic management system, security strategy and governmental coordination and supervision of the incubators.
