It is understood that in recent past many enterprises in developed countries have chosen to set up factories in China and Vietnam because of low cost of labor and manufacturing transfer feasibilities. However, thought many factories established both countries have to face in numerous ways of the international competition due to various factors.And both countries not in same as in the manner of production management and new mechanism have to be implemented such as Toyota Production System (TPS) which assists to enhance competitive advantage of the manufacturing industries. The Toyota Production System will enhance companies to implement new strategies and mechanisms. For example, in United State of America, Japan and some of countries in Europe have already implemented the system and grown the business environments and manufacturing gap in largely.The history of the Toyota Production System is going back to 40th and early 50th centuries. Having realized the effective of the system, a person like Taiichi Ohno who was the Managing Director of Toyota Motor Corporation used it for production management and production technology development.In management perspectives, having realized the value and benefits of the system, the research discussed the ways in which the Toyota Production System can use for promotion in production management in Chinese and Vietnamese enterprises. For That purpose, this paper first studied the formation and later on the theories of the Toyota production system and system applications. However, where as human resource management is concerned, personnel system is a key issue in implementation process of the Toyota Production System. Moreover, the Toyota Production System can not be implemented in a short term of period, because the business practices cultivate a spirit with the concepts, ideas and methods of personnel, so the spirit of philosophy and ideas is more important than the method.However, due to the time allowed to investigate Vietnamese enterprises can not only use the online data and primary data, so Chinese enterprises to promote the findings of the TPS is the most important part of this thesis, because the core of this paper is to introduce Chinese and Vietnamese enterprises Toyota production methods to promote the situation of contrast. Because of that this paper is out come of the survey research.In overall, the research outcome show that the Chinese enterprises to promote TPS has obtained some results, but few companies specifically do not really understood the spirit of TPS, the promotion process, such as staff from the staff with the spirit of the not high, the staff is not team spirit and so on. In contrary Vietnamese enterprises to promote the effect of evaluation, the majority of Vietnamese enterprises came from small-scale family businesses it is difficult to promote new modes of production; in the promotion process has encountered many difficulties. Most of the successful promotion of the Toyota production concentrated in foreign-invested enterprises on, but basically there are very few Vietnamese enterprises in the promotion of access to the TPS after significant results. All these results have shown in chapter three and four.The chapter five shows the overall content of the research summary where as chapter six brings the conclusions of the research.
