In recent years,with the increase in production costs,the operating costs of industrial enterprises began to increase,open source is the current business must focus on the operation.At the same time,in the country along with all the way to carry out the strategy of industrial 4.0 background,in this environment to seek a trace of status,not eliminated by the market,companies must own the original production and management model to reflect,improve or Designed to effectively reduce operating costs and improve efficiency.At this point,lean thinking of the relevant technologies and methods will be able to fully demonstrate its application value.This paper first investigates the status quo of all related links of Foxconn Huai'an Company's production management,and through the lean analysis,it draws out the company's organizational structure,personnel configuration,equipment maintenance status,production operation plan,site environment and inventory There is a big problem,resulting in the overall efficiency of the enterprise is too slow,the production efficiency cannot be improved,and the corresponding production costs compared with other companies in the same industry in a high state,seriously affecting the future development and planning.Therefore,according to the above-mentioned problems,this paper improves and optimizes the production management strategy of the enterprise according to the lean thought,the Toyota production method and the thinking of the TPM,including the adjustment of the qualification structure and the increase of the project management team And the production of project management team to optimize the staffing of enterprises to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff;the implementation of the TPM program to ensure the long-term effective operation of the equipment;optimize the company's existing production processes and methods of operation;implementation and introduction of the 8S management Methods to improve the production environment,improve quality;the use of kanban production,pulling production,on-site improvement and other tools to achieve a balanced production line,reduce inventory,eliminate all kinds of waste.At the end of the article,in order to enable enterprises to quickly adapt to the new production management optimization strategy in a short time,set up a production management optimization team to help enterprises to monitor and implement new optimization strategies;at the same time based on the new production management strategy,the overall production system Evaluation,in order to determine the effect of optimization and improvement.Mainly related to the four directions: whether the inventory is reduced,whether the increase in production efficiency,whether the reduction in production costs and whether the increase in employer satisfaction.The research shows that the strategies proposed in this paper have a good effect,so the evaluation results can also provide a strong guiding effect on the subsequent improvement.
