Study On Quality Control System Of H Based On Networked Manufacturing

With the development of computer and internet, networked manufacturing mode is thriving globally and going to take the leading position. People begin to concentrate on the quality of the product conducted under the networked manufacturing mode, the problem is how to provide high-quality product with the client rapidly under networked manufacturing mode, and it makes the study on quality control system based on networked manufacturing be the hot point all over the world. To study the problem above, I analyze the flow of networked manufacturing based on product H in this article, then extract the quality control system of product H under networked manufacturing mode.At the beginning of the article, I summarize the definition and characteristic of networked manufacturing mode according to the study on relative native and overseas theory, review the development process of quality management theory and quality management theory based on networked manufacturing mode, state the requirement of quality control system according to the ISO and make it be the foundation of article structure. The manufacturing process, the basis of quality classification and quality standard about product H are studied detailedly, and extract the quality control system of product H under networked manufacturing mode, according to this system, I master the quality control process. And then I analyze the method for quality control in every process of networked manufacturing about product H, finding that the main feature in quality control of networked manufacturing of product H is that it relies on the skill of computer and internet, and it is the same situation of networked manufacturing .The study on quality control of networked manufacturing of product H is the core content of the article, in order to achieve that, I do it according to the flow. Because of the numerous components in product H and long term research on product H, a database of component in H has been established,. I introduce the effect of the database in quality control in networked manufacturing of product H. The management of supplier lies on the supplier management system, such as supplier selecting, information publishing and communicating. Logistic management lies on the logistic information management system, its function is the same as supplier management system. The two systems above are both connected with the quality management information system, and input information at meanwhile accept information., the quality management information system dominate other two system to guarantee the quality of product H. The quality control in assembly of product H is performed by suppliers and core enterprise, the delegation of core enterprise supervise the suppliers when they manufacture the components, besides, the core enterprise inspect the components again itself. After the assembly, test for product H is compulsory, the problem about quality will be found by test. To guarantee the service the soft ware for problem detecting is researched, and use the database based on example to ensure the reason of the problem. Finally, judge the effect and rationality of quality control system in networked manufacturing of product H by ways of internal and external evaluation.
