Facing the increasingly drastic competition of global market and personalized customerdemand, Chinese automobile manufacturing faces great opportunities and challenges. Supply chainmanagement has become the key of enterprises to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness,especially in the networked manufacturing environment; the role of supply chain management ismore obviously. Global market varying from minute to minute makes the automobilemanufacturing supply chain structure has always been in a state of dynamic adjustment. As a neworganizational structure fractal supply chain can quickly respond to market changes andcompetitive. In this paper, aiming at the automobile manufacturing supply chain, fractal supplychain structure model is put forward, and dynamic adjustment and optimization are studied in theprocess of its operation.Firstly, card the related theories of fractal supply chain. The definition and characteristics offractal are introduced, from the background, definition, characteristics and model of overallframework construction four aspects to conduct a detailed study of fractal supply chain.Secondly, facing the automobile manufacturing, fractal supply chain structure model will bepresented. Analyses the environment of China’s current automobile manufacturing and the mode ofautomobile manufacturing industry adopted, summarizes the characteristics of supply chain, laythe foundation to put forward a suitable supply chain structure mode for automobile manufacturingindustry. Further summarizes the existing fractal characteristics in the present supply chainstructure, explores the formation mechanism of automobile manufacturing supply chain, andproposes the structural model of fractal supply chain of automobile manufacturing industry.Thirdly, network of fractal supply chain will be dynamic adjustment by the Petri Net. Thebasic definition and the superiority of Petri Net will be introduced, applying the Petri Net toconstruct the fractal supply chain dynamic structure of automobile manufacturing industry.Finally, the model of Data Envelopment Analysis will be established, performance of fractalsupply chain in automobile manufacturing is evaluated by it, according to the results of theevaluation, optimize the strategy are presented. Select the input and output index of fractal supply chain produced in the operation process, based on Data Envelopment Analysis to construct theperformance evaluation index system. Establish the model of data envelopment analysis, the resultsof evaluation will be acquired by operations research software, analyses the evaluation results andput forward structural optimization strategy.Optimization of fractal supply chain structure under the networked manufacturingenvironment, which have promoted the formation and development of modular production ofautomobile manufacturing parts, have improved the relationship between automobilemanufacturing enterprises in supply chain and the suppliers, have push forward the automobilemanufacturing development, also have provided a new train of thought about the relevant theoriesof supply chain management research.
