With the deepening of globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition, the traditional manufacturing industry is facing the big change of management, business model and corporate strategy. To cope with the fierce market competition, personalized and uncertain market demand, enterprises need to join the alliance to obtain overall competitive advantage. The development of information technology also provided enabling conditions for the emergence and development of networked manufacturing. However, compared with developed countries, our networked manufacturing level is still in its infancy and exist many problems in development. Dynamic environment brings strong vulnerability to the networked manufacturing project. The paper based on the complexity theory and relevance theory to analyze the vulnerability of networked manufacturing projects.First, based on the analysis of networked manufacturing projects with autonomy, integrity and dynamic characteristics, the paper conclude three topology characteristics of networked manufacturing projects, and build the no right network model using the enterprise as a node, the supplies relationship between the enterprises as a side. Secondly, based on the no right network model, propose four sufficient conditions of the complex network theory is applicable to the collaborative production networked organization vulnerability analysis, the four conditions are heterogeneous, node centrality, scale-free, small-world, characteristics. According to the topological characteristics of the networked manufacturing projects, study the advantages and disadvantages of connected graph, agglomeration, and the tenacity to measure network performance, propose vulnerability analysis method based on network efficiency parameter components, and analyze node degree, node betweenness, edge degrees, edge betweenness to find the relationship between topological characteristics and the vulnerability. Thirdly, the failure modes of networked manufacturing projects are divided into random failures and selective failures, choosing the fault size and fault elements to describe the relationship between failure modes of networked manufacturing projects and vulnerability. Then, the paper used a simulation to verify the effectiveness of vulnerability analysis method for networked manufacturing projects. Through the simulation, the paper found:compared with edge faults, node faults can bring obvious vulnerability to the network of networked manufacturing projects; the effects of different nodes to the network vulnerability are quite different; multi-node failures resulting vulnerability has superimposed effect; node degree and node betweenness measure the importance of nodes in the network vulnerability are consistent; selective failures can cause rapid and serious damage to the networked manufacturing projects and the impact of random failures is relatively small; under random failures and selective failures, the vulnerability of the networked manufacturing projects fault will expand with the increasing fault size. Finally, based on the simulation results and detailed analysis, the paper make a few suggestions for the prevention of vulnerability of networked manufacturing projects considered topological characteristics and failure modes.
