Since 1980, along with the rapid economic development, Third-Party Logistics companies with its unique charm are known as the 21st century "golden industry", and viewed as new economic growth point by many countries and regions. At present, the worldwide Third-Party Logistics companies develop rapidly, logistics management and technology has been becoming perfect in Europe, the United States and other developed countries, and sphere of business has continuously expanded.In 2005, our logistics industry is open to other counties. With the large Third-Party Logistics enterprises of Europe and the United States have entered the Chinese market, Third-Party Logistics industry have been expanding and compete increasingly, which causes domestic Third-Party Logistics enterprises facing high costs and low competitive status.According to development of foreign Third-Party Logistics companies, building personnel support system is an important way to enhance competitiveness. So how to promote our Third-Party Logistics companies to get talents and play their maximum potential is an important issue to improve the competitiveness of our Third-Party Logistics enterprises.Based on this perspective, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Chinese logistics and the development trends.And we find some Personnel issues of Third-Party Logistics companies in China by comparative analysis of the data. By referring to the construction of personnel support system of foreign Third-Party Logistics enterprises, we construct the personnel support system of our Third-Party Logistics enterprises, which includes definition and the structure. On this basis, the paper makes empirical study with specific case.
