ABSTRACT:Management is the soul, and talent is fundamental. It is an indisputable fact that the core competitiveness of enterprises comes from talents. According to Pareto Principle, it is the around20%management personnel in key positions of an enterprise that is the key factor of promoting sustainable development of enterprises. Whether or not an enterprise could effectively develop, motivate and appoint its high-quality talents adept at management will have a profound impact on enterprise operation and its sustainable development.Firstly, this thesis reviews the human capital theory, motivation theory and successor project and other related theories and presents the current status of domestic and international researches on management talent cultivation. Secondly, through document searching, questionnaire survey and interviewing method, this thesis conducts a comprehensive inspection on current status of management talents cultivation of QX Group and finds out several problems in aspect of its internal training and talent cultivation, such as management talent cultivation lacking of integrated planning, inadequate training course development, motivation measure of talent cultivation with little effects, defect of assessment system of talent cultivation and etc., on this basis, this thesis also analyzes the reasons may lead to all these problems. Thirdly, this thesis forecasts future5years demand for management talents of QX Group based on grey system theory model, builds up a group development strategy oriented management talents cultivation scheme, conducts statistical analysis of data collected from questionnaire survey recurring to statistical tool SPSS19.0, and builds up a management talents assessment model centering on6factors and19assessment indicators. Lastly, this thesis proposes four auxiliary guaranteeing measures for further implementation of management talents cultivation scheme to provide powerful support for its implementation.This thesis has certain breakthrough in designing and implementing management talent cultivation scheme and assessment system, and provides some references for enterprises of the sort in aspect of building up and improving talents cultivation scheme and assessment system.
