Starting from China curent mechinical injury situation, the author discusses the types of businesses mechanical injury, causes and characteristics, and to study countermeasures to prevent injury accidents. Lots of comprehensive research methods are used in this paper, they are as follows:investigation, literature, data comparision, lessons learned and other research methods.They are combined with the use of comparative examples, statistics, and scientific inference to process other means of in-depth scientific research system. The use of accident causation theory to analysis and explain the reasons of mechanical injury, on this basis to discuss the control of the likelihood of mechanical damage. Research to control the occurrence of mechanical damage was mainly through management tools and techniques. Management tools in the main draw by DuPont management experience, which was combined with the actual machinery enterprises. Security technology is to study some typical and representative general machinery safety technology. And through the fault tree analysis of the qualitative analysis of corporate machinery hazards, so that the contents of the mathematical model of the analysis, with quantification in real terms, and making this paper more rigorous and scientific. Finally, the above analyses were based on the actual combined company, to develop a scientific nature, forward-looking, continuous improvement and improved mechanical hazard countermeasures to solve business. To apply to the enterprise management system, to reach the goal of prevent and reduce personal injury, reduce economic losses, and finally improve productivity.
