With the economic and social development, standardization plays an important role for the economy and social improvement. As an essential part of standardization, construction standardization matter not only to be the means of putting scientific management into practice the in construction field, strengthening the government macro-control ability, but also to play an extremely important role to improve the socialist market economic system, to put forward and deepen the concept of circular economy, to promote the sustainable development strategy. Given this significant role and contribution, the research on the construction standardization effect will help promote the constant improvement of construction standards, motivate implementation of standards in enterprise, enhance public awareness of " the real contribution of standardization to socio-economic development". Therefore, the related research on the construction standardization is necessary, that has gradually been paid more attention and developed rapidly in recent years. However, the current domestic and international research of the field has been mostly focused on the specific impact of product standardization at the micro level; the related researches on the scope or the degree of construction standardization impact on the national economy are rare, or rather not mature. In this regard, the impact of construction standardization on national economy both on the macro (national) and micro (enterprise) levels is studied systematically in this paper.For the evaluation of the impact on the enterprise, the applicability of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on ANP is indicated, the index system is built and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on ANP is elaborated specifically, that will provide method guidance for the relevant departments or enterprises in evaluating the impact of construction standardized; For the evaluation of the impact on the country, regression analysis model based on Production Function is built. As the Construction is conducive to technological progress standardization, standard stock based 1992-2008 as independent variables is introduced to Cobb-Douglas Production and an empirical analysis is studied. The result that the elastic of the construction standard (state and industry) is 0.28 is showed, that means construction standards change with 1%, the corresponding GDP change with 0.28% from 1992 to 2008, and the significant role of construction standardization in promoting economic development is verified.
