Large Enterprise Groups Control Model Selection And Design

Large enterprise groups have become an important force in economic activity, but the shorter the formation of enterprise groups, the group operation is not accumulated enough experience, more generally, there is the Group's control of the subsidiary companies were weak, not fully exerting the group operation advantage. With the form of theoretical research combining practical operation, this paper try to explore how to effectively address this issue.Control model has three classification, deriving from summary of management practices, we absorb the advanced management idea, while more concerned about how to manage ideas in our large enterprise groups implement. Group control model selection is determined by several factors implications, and so through deep analysis of the business external environment and internal conditions, guiding by the development strategy, clearing Group Headquarters of the functional orientation, we will establish a complete view of business, clear the range of business and management field, as well as the depth level. The scope and depth of control established by the actual situation of enterprise group is a customized solution that reflects the definition of the Group's headquarters management functions played by various functional departments and the interface between the Group headquarters and subsidiary enterprises in order to achieve "horizontal collaboration" and "vertical penetrating" to form a unified and coordinated operational and management activities in the situation. Reasonable control models need to establish a set of enterprise management system supports their effective operation, including the organization of systems, processes systems, assessment systems and information technology platform. Case of China Shenhua management and control system design shows the contents and steps of designing a complete control system, it has some reference for large enterprise groups designing the effective management and control system.
