Research On Supply Chain System Of GEHC China

The paper is a combination of my current job and the knowledge from MBA. To help GEHC develop steadily by the supply chain, the paper firstly finds out the supply chain management problem in GEHC China, and hopes to solve the cash flow problem and the bottleneck of the future development of China plant. Based on the supply chain management experience of GEHC in America and Japan, the paper considers the current actual situation of China, figuring out a supply chain solution for GEHC China.Besides, with the analysis and comparison with Japan and America, the paper provides effective and advisable experience to the developing local companies in China, who also met similar problems on supply chain management. As the competition continues to strengthen, it is a good way to reduce sufficient cost by supply chain management, which has prevailed a long time abroad. The solution the paper gives still needs test and modification from the procession, and finally becomes an experimental method. Local Chinese company must be a strong contributor in near future in the world. So it is a valued research for the supply chain management.
