Research On Organization Coordinated In Motor-rail Multimodal Transport Based On Logistics

Multimodal transport is the developing trend of freightage. In the "Logistics Adjustment and Promotion Plan", it was definitely put forward that we should strengthen the connections of different transportation mode, and promote the coordinate operation of basic logistic infrastructure, realize "non-stop express" among different transportation mode, raise the transportation efficiency. In the internal transportation, motor-rail multimodal transport is the main form of multimodal transport. At present works over the motor-rail multimodal transport are few in interrelated studies on joint transportation organization between railway and road which based on logistics. Therefore, on the basis of the achievements of this field, the thesis systematically discussed the theory and methods of transportation organization of the motor-rail multimodal transport.On the basis of summarizing the development of domestic and foreign motor-rail multimodal transport and logistics, this paper analyzed the current situation and problems of motor-rail multimodal transport in our country. The paper has simultaneously analyzed the organization mode of road and railway of our country, proposed organization mode of motor-rail multimodal transport which regards customer as the centre. Then the author analyzed the cost factors that impact customer choose the motor-rail multimodal transport service, established and solved the distribution modal based on motor-rail multimodal transport.
