Industrial structure change is an important feature of national economic development, and input-output correlation analysis of industrial structure is an essential approach to profoundly reveal the inherent mechanism in industrial structure change. The industrial structure adjustment and change are the key to economic development, while the excellent economic results got in western region development in Sichuan Province are largely depended on the reasonable adjustment of industrial structure. To achieve a reasonable adjustment of industrial structure in Sichuan Province, we should have a clear understanding of the association in the current industries and their variation trend. From a static point of view and based on the latest Sichuan Province and the national input-output table of 2002, this paper figured out Sichuan Province and the national industrial sector input rate matrix, and used a directed graph analysis of the material relationship of 17 industrial sectors in Sichuan Province to identify the strong correlation between sectors. Then, this paper analysed the bottleneck sectors constraining the development of Sichuan Province and future priorities for the development of industrial sectors through induction force coefficient and influence of the coefficient of 17 industrial sectors. From the dynamic point of view, this paper analysed the variation trend of and influence of the coefficient and induction force coefficient based on the input-output tables of Sichuan Province and the country in 1997,2000,2002.By analyzing, we got new knowledge and understanding of industrial sector and industrial structure characteristic features of Sichuan province and figured out the industries with a strong correlation, the industries constraining economic development and industries given priority.
