Nowdays, our kitchen appliances market getting more competitive, customers want the functions of kitchen and home appliances have become increasingly reliability, kitchen appliances structure to be more complex. It is urgently needed for risk assessment of the design process. Kitchen household appliances industry is labor-intensive industries, the current level of industrial automation is not very advanced, so it's increasing the product manufacturing process uncertainty. Therefore, development of household electrical appliances in the kitchen area is urgently need to get more strengthen risk management and experience. Through risk analysis and risk management, a project team can developing new strategies, update the project management plan to ensure the project to be proceeded smoothly as planned. The main purpose of this paper is as following:First, the author introduces S company, and overview the kitchen appliance products Grinding project, and the purpose and significance of this research.Secondly, to overview the project risk management theory, to introduces the definition and characteristics of project risk, the history of project management theory, and to make a definition of project management and the implementation process.Thirdly, described the Kitchen household appliances identify and assess risks. To analysis of the risk status of the S company, introduced the project in the kitchen and home appliances based on the project risk identification, process and methods, combined with the actual situation Grinding project description accordingly. The main risks identified by the design process, manufacturing process risks. After that, it is also introduce the kitchen and home appliances according to project risk analysis, methods and process. And also, this article introducing the risk assessment, process, method and application example.
