Abstract:Utilizing the theory) of Corporate Lifecycles, it divides the corporate life cycle of the IT industry into five stages, which are the tending period, expanding period, mature period, blind reaction period and recession period, it analyzes the marketing strategies of each stage and summarizes the regular patterns.Taking the listing corporation, Start as an example, it analyzes the marketing activities that Start has taken during the long gestation from tending, expanding, mature to blind reaction, which is caused by the blind investments in order to get stronger and larger, then ultimately the recession period; it shows the gains and losses of the market strategies at each stage, and it also approves of the appropriate marketing strategies that might avoid the collapse of an corporate in the recession period that the corporate walks into, however the wrong marketing strategies might cause the corporate an early mortality or becoming stuck in the recession period, which is difficult to get out of.According to the analysis of the current difficult situation that Start faces, the marketing researches the ideas and suggestions from all parties, and then recommends the optimized suggestions of the marketing strategies in order to get out, of the recession period and the protection measures to implement these suggestions, which hopefully could help the corporate to get out of the repession period, start the entrepreneurship, to restart the life cycle, and also the suggestions to get back to the tending or expanding periods. It summarizes in the end and documents the conclusions.
