Along with the universality of our country higher education, the university student took up employment situation to take place to compare to change greatly. After high school expands to recruit in the last few years, graduate student a great deal of afflux society, the graduate student provide big in beg of the antinomy is increasingly outstanding, university student the employment become a social little bit hot problem so the quality of the Graduate employment is attracting more and more attention, and it is all intimately related to the stability and development of society. This paper analysis some research results about the influencing factors of the available employment quality on the basis of Human capital Theory, etc, and empirically study the influencing factors on employment quality of graduate students in teaching oriented college, in hope that it may offer the reference and instruction for the improvement on employment quality of graduate students in teaching oriented college,In empirical study we conduct the open questionnaire and standard questionnaire on the study of graduate students in teaching oriented college, and put an investigation on the quality of the Graduate employment in teaching oriented college in the rest of the Pearl River Delta. Then we carry on the exploring factor analysis to the investigation data with the SPSS17.0 software. Initially, I make a conclusion that four factors which include emotional capital, vocational training, Knowledge Economy, and social capital, influence employment quality of graduate students in teaching oriented college. We analyzes the effect of Human Capital, gender and major to employment quality of graduate students in teaching oriented college with Method of Regression Analyses。The results indicated that the inputs of human capital has significant effect on employment quality of graduate students, and student input more human capital, employment quality is higher; The input of emotional capital and social capital have significant difference in sexuality, but show no significant difference in major.
