In recent years, as the global coal, oil and other fossil resources depletion and environmental issue has become an increasingly prominent problem, People are more and more worrying about the energy crisis. The development and use of new energy has become a widespread concern of all Governments. China is now actively promoting the development of new energy sources, to gradually change the dominating coal energy structure, in order to protect the environment and achieve sustainable economic development. As an energy-saving and clean new energy, the development of wind power industry is prosperous, and the profit making ability is steadily growing with the improvement and maturity of technology. Under such circumstance, a great development opportunity has come to the domestic private wind power companies such as H Company. After several years of rapid development, various economic index of H Company increased, and the company achieved a good economic and social benefit. However, with the rapid development of enterprise, some problems arose, such as the unfavorable relationship between functional management and project management, the conflict between rapid development and unadvanced management, the maladjustment between the personnel structure, organizational structure and management mode, etc. To take advantage of the favorable market environment for successful competition, H Company should change present management structure, make a suitable long-term overall development strategy, and clarify a correct target for future survival and persistent development.On the basis of relevant theories, methods, and process of strategy management, by means of traditional strategy analysis tools (value-chain analysis, SWOT analysis), this article analysed and studied the internal and external environment of H Company, designed a next 5-10 years strategy target system (mission, aim, general strategy development, business structure, development target) and strategy management system (organization structure, strategy performance system) for this company. The purpose is to develop H Company into a first-class domestic wind power company with standard management and sustainable development capacity, in order to provide green energy to the community, to create benefit to the enterprise, and to contribute harmony to the society.
