The Research On The Question Financial Strategic Management Of Private Enterprises

As the important aspect of corporate strategic management, the financial strategic management decides the rational allocation and effective use of the corporate recourse, and determines the capacity of the enterprise to cultivate and enhance the sustainable development, and plays the important role in the sustainable development of the private enterprise.Over the last 30 years of adopting reform and opening- up, private enterprises in promoting economic growth, increasing revenues and promoting all aspects of employment made an outstanding contribution. However, the development of the private enterprise is not satisfied, the low of the self-sustainable growth rate and a trend of short life cycles show this phenomenon. There are many reasons, but one of the important reasons is the shortage of the financial strategic management. Many private enterprises don't have the concept of financial strategic management; don't realize that the financial strategic management affects the corporate capacity of sustainable development. Meanwhile, there are many domestic researches on the financial strategic management, but the specialized research on the financial strategic management of private enterprises is fewer, limited on one aspect, and lack of system research. Therefore, the visual angle of this paper is the capacity of sustainable development; the main clue is the life cycle of private enterprises. And we believe that the goal of the financial strategic management is to cultivate and enhance the sustainable development capacity, and we must do the systematic research on the choice, execution and assessment of the financial strategy, and we hope that it will direct the financial strategic management of the private corporate. And these measures have the important academic and realistic meaning.The thesis divides four chapters .The first chapter puts forward the background and significance, reviews the research actuality, and illustrates the ideas and methods. The second chapter analyzes the theory of private enterprises, the capacity of sustainable development and the life cycle, and defines the capacity of sustainable development and financial strategic management, then analyzes the external environment, internal environment and SWOT. The third chapter studies the process of the financial strategic management. Firstly, based on the capacity of sustainable development, we should cultivate and enhance the choice capacity of financial strategy in different periods. Secondly, we should research the private enterprise's choice of financial strategy in four periods, then research the core of execution. Finally, we should build the system of evaluation index to evaluate the effect. The fourth chapter researches the classic case of private enterprise's financial strategic management; it's the application of the third chapter.Finally, this paper forms the main conclusion based on the normative research and case studies.
