Jack·Trout and Ai·Rees,the founder of the Marketing Position theory figured that the position star at products. There are serials of actions for the potential customer. In other words, to make a proper position in the potential customer's mind. Not to do some action on products itself. Therefore, the marketing position is a theory of the contention in customer's mind.It can tell from above introduction that orientation marketing and discrepancy management are the core of the position theory. To some extent, marketing position is synonymous of diversity. As a brand of a company, it must distinguish from the other competitor, and pass this information to the potential customer expressly. That is strong brand to impel the sales and servers.The thesis will discuss on SAE Technologies Development (Dongguan) Co., Ltd.Material Science Laboratory, which is a subsidiary of TDK Japan, as a third-party testing organization to analyze their own strengths, weaknesses, detection range, competitors, and the market environment, to find out the accurate positioning for the development of enterprises, and scientific evaluation.
