Extension Research On Investment Effect Of The Slope Cultivated Land In Northern Shanxi

In shanbei region 60% of cultivated land resources belong to the slope, due to the long-term investment structure unreasonable, slope has been extensive management status in shanbei region, which seriously restrict the development of economy. Therefore, how to optimize the industrial structure, promote the agricultural investment agriculture rationalization, the scale in shanbei region has become urgent agricultural economy development.This thesis in shanbei region slope investment effect for research object, from the perspective of extenics slope agricultural investment situation analysis and research, based on the ecological, economic and social three factors of comprehensive analysis and evaluation, and finally solve the problem of agricultural investment slope optimum strategy.As China's original discipline, extenics is used to solve problems and contradictions disharmonious issues the preferred method. This paper from the north slope of agricultural economy development present situation, the longitudinal span shanbei slope of regional agriculture industry value chain, transverse involve regional resources integration and scale effect, by making use of analysis method of the slope in shanbei region agricultural investment effect and economic development of regional agriculture research related to construct a system of agricultural investment, establishment of index system, the use effect of level analysis method to analyze the index weight and comprehensive.Through the extension evaluation method in shanbei slope area representative GanQuan county, WuQi county and empirical analysis luochuan county, agricultural investment incompatible problems, On evaluation results were analyzed and the extension and investment decision-making level from the aspects of regional agriculture investment, balance of the slope in the resources and interests between mode of incompatible problems to solve, shanbei slope area that eventually the key problems of agricultural investment strategy, so as to achieve the goal of investment levels benefit maximization.
