The Extension Study On The Land Intensive Use Of During Urbanization In Northern Shaanxi Province

China’s urbanization has entered a phase of accelerated development.However,withthe the pace of urbanization accelerated, the plowland is decreasing and thecontradiction between plowland and human is intensifying. In order to keep sustainabledevelopment for economic, social, and ecological and solving the contradiction betweenland supply and demand in the process of urbanization. Only improved the usage ofplowland and taken the route of intensified land, it can satisfy the demand of plowlandto human. So solving the problem of land use intensity in the urbanization, which isgreat important.At first, this paper analyze on the existing conditions and theory of landconsolidation in the urbanization, tallied up the existent problems about the usage ofplowland and conditions in land consolidation. Secondly, taking the method oftheory-usage of land consolidation and extension set theory to analyze the contradictionin urbanization, and find the influent factors of land consolidation. Based on this,adopting the PSR(Press-Station-Reply) model and entropy-weight method, we constructthe index system and weight coefficient. Thirdly, applying the extension theory tocomprehensively evaluate the use of land consolidation. Using the formal language andthe evaluation method of land intensive utilization, and the classical domain and jointdomain of index, according to the questionnaire survey method ensure the results moreaccurate, scientific and reliable. It can provide an effective tool for formal, operable,and easy description to analyze on land consolidation. At last, the extension evaluationmodel for empirical research to the Yan’an City, through the calculation of land intensive use in the area of relevance and optimal degree, determines the level of Landintensive use, and puts forward some corresponding strategies, including improvingsupply policy and standard, moving the stock of land, land use planning, do a good jobto the adjustment of industrial structure and the establishment of evaluation informationsystem of land use.In this paper, the extension theory will first be applied to the urban land intensiveuse of land intensive utilization, establishes the evaluation system, the combination ofqualitative and quantitative perspective evaluation of intensive land use, landmanagement and decision-making system of scientific, rational and comprehensiveprovides theoretical basis for the government and Land Management Department ofbuilding, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for theeffective management of land resources and rational use. The Government should givefull play to the land-use planning and land use structure and layout of the macro-controlmechanism, making intensive use of land to achieve a level.
