The Extension Evaluation Research On Sloping Farmlands In The Shanbei Region From The Perspective Of Circular Economy

The sloping farmlands in northern Shaanxi accounts for 60%,The utilization of sloping farmlands in northern Shaanxi is the impact of the main factors of economic development and it has long been the object of attention. Therefore, the main contents of this article are the reasonable use of sloping land, the harmonization of ecological environment and economic and social development.This article analyzes the effect of the sloping farmlands in northern Shaanxi to the economic development from the angles of the sloping farmlands in northern Shaanxi and the economic development. Finally, from achieving the goal of circular economy as the starting point and guided by the principle of circular economy, the article seeks ways of scientific using of farmland.This paper applies the rhombus-thinking mode and convergent economic evaluation of combined cycle indicators and sloping farmland utilization status, to establish index system, which includes resources environmental indicatorsd and social development indicators as a multi level evaluation system. In constructing index system, evaluate the sloping farmland utilization status using the extension multi-factorial evaluation. At last, through collecting information on Yan'an 2001 to2008 to conduct empirical analysis, the paper evaluates the utilization status of sloping farmland and the overall level of development for several years. In the process of persuading sustainable development, the evaluation showes it not only depends on economic growth, but also depends on ecological environment protection and the rational use of resources in northern region, which are the key factor in development of circular economy.In this paper, the evaluation index system improves the uniformity and one-sidedness of the original ecaluation index, reflects the using situation of the sloping farmland and the development trend of regional recycling economy overall, which provide a basis for scientific decision making for government departments.
