Based on the theories of brand management and strategic management,using Brand Positioning Model as the research object,starting by marketing environment analysis, this article accords to Lehua company's branding strategy objectives and brand positioning. Then by the way of the product, pricing, channels and IMC and at last make some solutions to ensure Lehua Ceremic Company's implementation of the strategy.
